About tickets :

How do I register for ChangeNOW?

You can register for the summit directly online: https://www.changenow.world/ticketing-2025 A ticketing service will also be available on-site, subject to availability. For group ticket requests or to organize a Learning Expedition, you can complete the form group tickets.

Are there any discounts if we come as a group?

Group discounts are available for groups of 6 or more. Please submit your request here: https://forms.changenow.world/cn_group_request_25.

I only want to attend the Water Odyssey exhibition. Do I need a special ticket?

The Water Odyssey exhibition is located at the Port des Champs-Élysées and is free to access. Therefore, you do not need a ticket to visit.

I have a payment problem, my credit card is not working.

The purchase might not be successful if the 3D secure did not work. In this case, your account will not be charged. The reasons can be the following:

  • The time limit was exceeded.
  • Your browser has a problem. You can try with another one like Chrome or Firefox. If, after several attempts, you still can't book your ticket, our team is here to help you, contact us at this address: tickets@changenow.world


Can I cancel my ticket and get reimbursed?

In case of cancellation by the participant or in case of absence on the day of the event, the payment of the registration fee will remain fully due and will not give rise to any refund. Can I upgrade or change my ticket category?

Once purchased, tickets cannot be upgraded or changed to another category.

I want to change the information on my ticket

Up to 3 weeks before the event (3rd of April), If there is an error with your e-mail adresss or invoice information you can contact us to correct it at the following address: tickets@changenow.world. After this date, no further modifications will be accepted.

I will only be able to come for one day, can I have a 1 day pass?

There is no 1-day pass, only 3 days full-access passes (Summit Pass, Startup, Investor, Premium) allow you to attend the event on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. 1-day pass is available for Saturday only and can be ordered separately via the "Saturday ticket” pass.

I need an invoice without VAT

We cannot deduct VAT. The French tax law states that even if we send invoices abroad within the European Union, the buyer will use the French service, so we are required to add the VAT to the invoice. Furthermore, if you have omitted to add the intra-community VAT number at the time of your purchase, please inform us so that we can add it to your invoice.

Can I transfer my ticket to another participant?

You can change the name on the ticket up to 3 weeks before the event (3rd of April) by contacting us at this address: tickets@changenow.world. After this date, no further modifications will be accepted. Once at the summit, please note that badges are personal and non-transferable.

Are there any bike parking facilities near the event?

A monitored and free bike parking facility is set up for the event, accessible during the event's opening hours.

Can I bring my suitcase?

A luggage storage service is available in front of the Grand Palais during opening hours. Fee: €3 per item. Free for speakers, premium pass holders, and media.

A cloakroom for helmets and medium-sized items is also available at the reception.

Is there a cloakroom?

A cloakroom is available for all three days during opening hours.
 Fee: €2 per item. Free for speakers, premium pass holders, and media.

A storage area for helmets and medium-sized items is also available at the reception.

Can I bring my child(ren)?

Do you want to attend a conference, but your child would rather play? No worries! Our team of super nannies can take over and offer fun activities in a safe space while you get inspired at the conference!

Limited childcare duration – On-site registration, subject to availability.

Is the event accessible for people with reduced mobility?

The entire event is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please check in at the reception to access the PRM (Persons with Reduced Mobility) facilities.

Is the event accessible to the deaf and hearing-impaired?

All conferences are accessible with subtitles on your smartphone. The QR code will be provided in the conference area.

 

Is the event accessible for blind or visually impaired individuals?

Is there food available on site?

There will be a food court with several food vendors in the Grand Palais, located on the balcony near the Collective Stage.

Are there vegetarian options?

We’re committed to offering vegetarian options — 75% of our food selection will be vegetarian. There will be plenty to choose from!

Should I bring my water bottle?

We recommend bringing your own water bottle to help reduce unnecessary waste — water fountains will be available on site
