ChangeNOW Planet Week 2025 – Paris, the Global Capital of Impact

Paris, Thursday, April 10, 2025 – From April 23 to 27, 2025, Paris will become the epicenter of the global movement for a sustainable future. On the occasion of ChangeNOW 2025 (April 24 to 26), the ChangeNOW Planet Week will launch a series of events across the city, bringing together impact leaders, committed organizations, and change-driving initiatives.

Making Paris the capital of impact and building a sustainable world

While ChangeNOW welcomes 40,000 participants, 1,000 high-impact solutions, 10,000 companies, 1,200 investors and 140 countries at the Grand Palais, the ChangeNOW Planet Week will extend this momentum throughout the city. For five days, Paris will become the global capital of impact, uniting the key changemakers to inspire, connect and take concrete action for the ecological and social transition.The city will become a forum of expression for those who are taking action or wish to take action for the planet.

A diverse program in the heart of Paris

The various events will take place alongside the summit: the day before, the day after, and in the evenings. It will offer the public a full week of immersion into the challenges of transition,  extending the momentum initiated by ChangeNOW.

Throughout the city, ChangeNOW Planet Week will host numerous international events to create new synergies designed to accelerate the ecological and social transition. These will range from themed meetings, to gatherings in embassies, screenings, and exhibitions.

Pre-COP30 – Roundtable: Climate Justice and Mobilization for Belém – April 23, 2025, 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM, Embassy of Brazil
A discussion on climate justice and the actions to be taken ahead of COP30 in Belém.


Women Leading Change – Grassroots Innovation and Leadership in the Climate Crisis – April 23, 2025, 5:00 PM – 7:15 PM, Columbia Global Paris Center, Reid Hall
A panel on the role of women in fighting climate change, co-organized with Daughters for Earth.


Ocean Night – April 24, 2025, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Water Odyssey Expo, Grand Palais Seine Docks
A major private evening event dedicated to ocean protection, led by ChangeNOW in partnership with Code Blue Foundation, SOA, Respect Ocean and Surfrider Foundation.


Uniting for Impact: Advancing the African Narrative Amid Planetary Challenges – April 24, 2025, 7:15 PM – 9:00 PM, Grand Palais
An event highlighting African innovation in the face of planetary challenges, focusing on youth and women committed to the transition.


Grand Prix AI for Responsible Leadership – April 24, 2025, 6:30 PM – 8:45 PM, Grand Palais
Presentation of responsible AI projects addressing major social, economic, and environmental challenges, by ESSEC Metalab.


Impact 40/120 Award Ceremony  – April 24, 2025, 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM, Grand Palais
Presentation of the 120 most promising impact startups, led by the Impact France movement.

An exclusive summit organized by For Good Leaders to catalyze decision-makers’ action for regeneration.


Al Gore’s Climate Reality Hubs – April 25, 2025, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Grand Palais
Launch of the new European climate hubs by the Climate Reality Project to accelerate local action.


Glacier Night – April 25, 2025, 6:15 PM – 9:30 PM, Grand Palais 
An immersive evening dedicated to the future of glaciers, with screenings, panels, and expert insights, led by ChangeNOW in partnership with Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.

A call for participation open to organizers of positive impact events

ChangeNOW Planet Week is open to all initiatives held in Paris from April 23 to 27, 2025, that meet the following criteria:

  • Have a positive impact related to environmental, social, or societal issues
  • Take place the day before, the day after, or during the ChangeNOW summit
  • Planned to be held in person in Paris
