Can I apply for the pitch, the exhibition and the workshop all together?

Yes, if you have a solution that can fit into all the formats, you can apply to have a booth, to do a pitch and to do a workshop all together. The application form for those three opportunities is the same.

What are the selections criteria?

  • Have a positive impact (address one or more of the UNā€™s SDGs, have clear impact KPIā€™s)
  • Demonstrate the potential to be scaled or replicated
  • Be innovative - i.e. rethinking the standards
  • Have a viable business model - proļ¬table or with a clear route towards proļ¬tability

In addition, for the pitch you must be raising funds at the moment of the Summit.

And for the workshop, you must be able to bring a deep and concrete expertise on a subject of your choice to the table.

How is the selection process?

  1. Once you applied via the website, our team supported industry experts will review your application along the selection criteria.
  2. According to the decision of the committee, you can either be:
    • Selected to exhibit, pitch or hold a workshop at the ChangeNOW Summit 2025,
    • Put on a waiting list,
    • Not selected for this edition (for different reasons that we can precise at your demand).
  3. If you are selected, we will then send you all the necessary information including an access to the platform where you can proceed to the payment to confirm your participation.
  4. From this point on, you will officially become a ChangeNOW exhibitor, pitcher or workshop holder and we will send you all the tools to communicate about your venue.
  5. Finally, you will receive our best practices to prepare your venue the best way possible and of course, we will always be there for you as well to answer your questions until and after the Summit.

Until when can I apply?

There are three rounds of application. The earlier you apply, the higher your chances of getting selected (in 2024, 50% of the projects selected applied during the 1st round).

  1. st round: September 1st - November 1st, 2024
  2. nd round: November 1st - December 15th, 2024
  3. rd round: December 15th, 2023 - February 15th, 2024

However, we act after the principle first come, first served, especially for the very limited pitch and workshop places. So it can be that you will not be able to apply for all the opportunities until the end of the 3rd round.

Regarding the exhibition, is there special financial help for the young projects to exhibit?

There are special programs to help the younger and smaller projects to pay for a booth. However, each program has a limited number of spots. Which is why it is more advantageous to apply soon to have more chances to be selected for a special program. Provided you meet the conditions.

Regarding the exhibition, what makes changenow booths different ?

  1. Durign this summit, we encourage to concretelly display what your company is doing. You can either bring a prototype of your product or a real demonstration. Moreover, via ChangeNOW, you will be able to rent a plant to decorate your booth. You can also rent a TV.
  2. For eco-responsibility reasons, we ask exhibitors not to bring any flyers or goodies and not to display kakemonos. During this summit, the focus should be on the solutions and the people presenting them. If you want to know more about the eco-responsibility of the event, please visit this page.
